"Medicine" without the word "Family" preceding it simply does not work for me. The unopposed and highly personal setting of this residency program is what I hve always been looking for. I have spent the past ten years with a dual role. Working, in health care and home construction in inner-city New York while doing the same in Tijuana, Mexico. I am so glad to be a part of a program that allows me to serve my local community while serving the neediest in developing countries.
