Research and Scholarly Activity
Middlesex faculty members are involved in a broad range of academic pursuits, including research, publication, national academic leadership and program development. Resident research is encouraged, but not mandatory. Community projects throughout all four years of training serve as scholarly activities for residents, focusing on community needs-assessment and community health education. Many of these activities have a research component and result in publishable outcomes.
